IDAutomation fonts with eot, woff and svg extension

Hi,
How can I install IDAutomation fonts with eot, woff, and svg extensions on my Windows machine?

In addition to the above.

I need to set up these fonts in Oracle Apps R12 for barcode printing. When I set up the font mapping in R12 it didn't work for me.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Deepak

The EOT, WOFF, and SVG fonts must reside in the directory for your web project; referenced from within your application.

Barcode font file types such as WOFF, SVG, and TTF (TrueType) require an encoder to format the data before the font is used/applied. Therefore, within your Oracle application, an encoder must be used. If you are running Oracle Reports, we have a PLL that will properly format the data for the barcode symbology/type.

What is an encoder and why do I need one for barcode fonts?

Assuming that you are generating the barcode in Oracle Reports and want to use the web font in a web report, I believe that you would reference the font from within the report.

If you are using another Oracle application and not creating Code 39, then I do not believe the PLL will be an option to encode the data.

The IDAutomationC128 TrueType (IDAutomationSC128 is the demo version) fonts are included in the sale version of the package. I recommend using the TrueType fonts included in the IDAutomation Code 128 Font Package to generate the barcodes within XML Publisher.

Thanks for your reply.

I am using these fonts in one of my XML publisher reports which run from Oracle Apps R12.

For testing, I have used a demo version of IDAutomationSC128M.ttf font and it working fine for me.
Now we bought the font but these fonts are with eot, woff, and svg extension..for example IDAutomationC128M.eot, IDAutomationC128M.svg, IDAutomationC128M.woff.

My first issue is that can we use these fonts in the RTF template or not.
The second issue is that if we can use it, then what is the Font Family for these fonts?

Thanks,
Deepak
