Hi team,
We have purchased single user license but are not able to find the below-mentioned files
Please share the below-mentioned files as they are our requirement for the QR generation.
1. IDAutomation_JavaFontEncoder_QRCode.jar
2. Barcodeutil.Class
3. QRCodeBarcodeEncoder.class
4. QRCodeEncoder.class

Hello,
The purchase was for a Single User License. This license does not come with the Jar files you are requesting. These files can only be obtained with a Developer license or higher. You would need to upgrade your license as per the following requirements:

1) Visit https://www.idautomation.com/barcode-fonts/2d/qr-code/ and purchase the QR Code Crystal Reports Generator Developer License.
2) Email and let us know you've upgraded and would like a credit for the original order.
3) We will then issue a refund to you for the cost of the original order by the next business day.
