GS1 Logistic Label - Decodability issue - III

Hi Ben,

In reference to the earlier questions
1. https://support.idautomation.com/Code-128/GS1-Logistic-Label---Decodability-issue/_1313
2. https://support.idautomation.com/Crystal-Reports-Native/GS1-Logistic-Label---Decodability-issue---II/_1318

I am using a Crystal report ver 12.5 and a Zebra Z4mPlus printer with 203 DPI Printer (thermal printer)

As per your query the X-dimension - GS1 standard at 100% magnification is 1.016mm. The magnification factors are between 48.7% and 100% (X-dimension 0.495mm - 1.016mm)

Can you advise which point size and font I can use?

This is the link to the GS1 document specification

Using the millimeter to mils conversion,

mils = mm x 100/2.54

.495 x 100/2.54 = 19 mils at 48.7% magnification

1.016 x 100/2.54 = 40 mils at 100% magnification

40 mils is about 48 point size for Interleaved 2 of 5. Initially, I thought you needed to use Code 128, but your specification calls for Interleaved 2 of 5 for ITF.
