U2lcom.dll Error Visual Basic UFL on QR Code Font Encoder

We have been using IDAutomation QR Code Font Encoder for a while with Windows 7 and Vista without any problems. Now we have changed the PC to Windows 10 64bits version 20H2, and we are having this issue:

"The visual basic UFL that implements this function is missing (or u2lcom.dll is missing) Error"

We have installed IDAutomation QRCode Font Encoder.exe that we bought with a license and it does not give an error when installing only when we create the reports from Crystal Reports 9. Any help will be much appreciated.

Operating System: windows 10 pro 20H2

Application: Crystal Reports 9

For the solution of the UFL issue, please refer to this UFL incident. However, IDAutomation recommends using the Font Encoder Formulas instead of the legacy UFL.
In all of the latest IDAutomation font packages, a Font Encoder Formula is provided in the package for easier integration. IDAutomation recommends using the Font Encoder Formula before using the UFL. To obtain the latest version, purchase the QR Code Font Level 2 Support and Upgrade Subscription.
