Crystal Reports crashes printing QR Code UFL

I'm installing the QR Code Font and UFL "IDAUTOMATION_QRCodeFontEncoder" on Windows Server 2019. I'm using Crystal Reports, with the QRCode function (using "IDAutomationQRCodeEncoderSet"), called from an external application. If I remove this QRCode function from the report, always works fine (my application executes the Crystal correctly). But when I put this function when calling the Crystal reports, my application disappears, and I get an APPCRASH in Event Viewer

"Aplicación: TraceOne.exe
Versión de Framework: v4.0.30319
Descripción: el proceso terminó debido a una excepción no controlada.
Información de la excepción: código de la excepción c0000005, dirección de la excepción 1DFA48C0"

I've read all the "UFL Redistribution", about registering in 32 and 64bits, and read all the notes but I still have this crash...

Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Standard

Application: Crystal Reports + Visual Basic

IDAutomation recommends using the Crystal Reports Font Formula instead of the UFL. The Font Formula is fully compatible with newer applications and 64-bit operating systems. The UFL is considered a legacy product because of the issues it has with newer applications and 64-bit operating systems.

Single-user licenses are not for use in a server environment, they are only for use for local installation on individual workstations for individual users. If the Font Formula is working, that is the recommended installation but if you wanted to try updating the UFLs that you have, you would need to purchase a Developer License or higher for each of your barcode types to obtain the updated UFLs as an alternate possible solution.

Hello again.

We changed the Crystal Reports formula as you said. In the old server we used "IDAutomation Font Encoder Formula for QR-Code 2017", and in this new with " QR Code Native Font Encoder for Crystal Reports Version 2017" solved. But that means that we have to change all the crystal reports labels we have (there are a lot)... It will give us a lot of work to change all, but it's a workaround...

Your current license purchased on 12/7/2018 is for a single-user license and is not for installation in a server environment. That said, IDAutomation recommends using a Font Formula installation as per this tutorial: Create QR Code in Crystal Reports with Fonts and Formula which would resolve the issue as it does not utilize a UFL for generating the barcodes.

Additionally, Crystal Reports must be Version 9 or higher to support QR Codes.

If you need to obtain updated files and update your license for use in a server environment either to install via a Font Formula as recommended or to obtain the most recent UFLs to resolve the issue, you can do so by taking the following actions:

1) Visit QR-Code Font and Encoder Suite and purchase the QR-Code Font and Encoder Suite Developer License.
2) Email and let us know you've upgraded and would like a credit for your original order.
3) We will then issue a refund to you for the cost of the original order by the next business day.
