How to set up Mail Merge for Envelopes?


We know how to perform a mail merge with barcodes from Excel to Word for full-page letters, but how do we do it for envelopes?

Mail-merging envelopes are a separate process from letters. This is how to start an envelope mail merge:

1. Create a new Word document.

2. Click the Start Mail Merge button and choose Envelopes:

3. Set the specific envelope options:

4. Continue the mail-merge process as you would with a full-page letter.

This applies to the following IDAutomation products:
· Mail-merge using Barcode Add-In (font encoder for barcode fonts).
· Mail-merge using VBA font encoder (font encoder for barcode fonts).
· Mail-merge using ActiveX Barcode Control.
